As a fifth-generation Floridian, real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Some of my fondest childhood memories are of spending summers with my grandparents, helping them remodel their investment properties and learning firsthand about buying, selling, and investing in real estate.

My grandfather, affectionately known as Pa Pa, was always involved in real estate. He bought and sold properties and had an incredible ability to recognize a good investment opportunity. While he was not classically educated, I considered him one of the savviest investors I have ever known. My grandparents encouraged my analytical and determined spirit, and the lessons I learned from them continue to guide me today.

While attending Leesburg High School, I developed a passion for drafting and design, which led me to pursue a degree in computer-aided drafting and design and a career in engineering. Still, I often found myself thinking back to those summers with my grandfather and wondering if I could follow in his footsteps.

In 2006, I took the leap, leaving my position with the City of Leesburg Communications Department to begin my career in real estate. I immediately fell in love with helping people achieve their real estate goals.

Over the years, I have experienced the excitement of receiving my first listing, being named REALTOR? of the Year by my peers, and seeing the joy on a buyer's face when they purchase a home. Every transaction is different, but helping people navigate important real estate decisions continues to be one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

I am proud to serve buyers and sellers throughout Leesburg, Lake County, and Central Florida. From the beautiful communities surrounding the Harris Chain of Lakes to the unique lifestyle opportunities throughout the area, I love helping people discover what makes this part of Florida such a wonderful place to call home.

Another meaningful milestone in my career came when my husband, Kris Noland, joined me full-time to oversee the marketing side of our business. Together, we provide sellers with dedicated marketing designed to showcase their homes where today's buyers are searching.

In short, I feel incredibly blessed to help people with their real estate goals while spending time with my family and honoring the memory of my Pa Pa.
